What is StageFit?

StageFit is a series of online training modules developed by clinical experts at the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine (BAPAM) for students, educators, performance professionals and workplaces.

The modules explain the common health risks of working in the performing arts, how to reduce them and what to do when a health problem occurs.

Around three-quarters of performance professionals will have a health problem impacting their performing arts work during their career. Reducing that number is everyone’s responsibility so having the right knowledge is essential.

StageFit for individuals is freely accessible to everyone in the sector!
